Our members are not JUST from the 1000 Islands area. The founders of charter were all from that area, hence the name of our Base. We represent much more of the NY area including Upstate NY, Central NY, and Southern Tier NY including, Cape Vincent, Syracuse, Liverpool, Weedsport, Seneca Falls, Oswego, Cicero, Fulton, Mexico, Central Square, Cleveland, West Monroe, Manlius, Rome, Baldwinsville, Skaneateles, North Rose, Binghamton, and areas surrounding any these.
The application form below is only an example. You must download the application form by hitting the “Download” button below. You can use a PDF editor (Adobe, Bluebeam, etc.) to fill out the form via computer or print it and fill it out with a pen. Email the completed application to support@cnysubvets.com . The form asks for your qual boat and qual year. Fill that in. You will be asked to provide proof of your honorable discharge and SS qualifications once membership has been accepted. DO NOT send that information at the time of application.
